E-Learning Translation Services for SCORM, Articulate and LMS Courses
E-learning translation, sometimes called e-learning localisation, converts a complete online course into another language: the on-screen text, narration, subtitles, interactive elements and quiz banks, all working exactly as designed for the new audience. We provide this as a single UK service, covering translation, native voice-over, accessible subtitles, interactive module translation and SCORM or xAPI packaging, tested inside your LMS before sign-off.
Interactive module translation is where most projects go wrong. Branching scenarios, drag-and-drop activities, hotspots and question banks cannot be translated reliably from an exported spreadsheet, because the translator never sees the context a learner sees. We work in the source project files (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Lectora), translate each element in place, and then run the finished course the way a learner would, in every language.
If you already have SCORM packages, we can translate those too: content is extracted, translated, rebuilt and re-packaged with completion tracking, bookmarking and scoring verified against your LMS. And for L&D teams with a steady pipeline of modules, we act as a standing translation partner, holding your translation memory and glossary so terminology stays consistent from one course to the next and repeat content is never charged twice.
E-Learning Courses We Have Translated and Localised
Two projects from our own records, described exactly as they were delivered.
Humanitarian Leadership Academy (Save the Children UK). The Safeguarding Essentials course in Arabic, French and Spanish. We built the Arabic course in Articulate Storyline and delivered it as a SCORM package, translated the seven course video transcripts and subtitled the videos, and laid out 65 pages of course guides in InDesign, along with the course flyers and promotional videos.
Tablet Academy. Eight Microsoft Copilot training courses, 133 lessons and 53,912 words, had been machine-translated into Welsh before publication. Our Welsh linguists revised every lesson against the English source to a publishable standard, fixed the Welsh terms for Copilot features in one project glossary so every course uses the same words, and delivered the full set in three working days in May 2026. Welsh E-Learning for Public Bodies in Wales
Councils, health boards and other public bodies in Wales work under the Welsh Language Standards, which cover courses offered to the public as well as the training given to staff. When a course is built in English, the Welsh version has to work just as well: the same interactions, the same quiz logic and the same completion tracking in the learning platform.
We are based in Cardiff and translate e-learning into Welsh with Welsh linguists who work through the course in context: on-screen text, quiz banks, scenario branches, voice-over scripts and subtitles.
