We are Cyber Essentials certified, an ATC Associate member and an ITI corporate member, and we carry employer's liability, public liability and professional indemnity cover of 10 million pounds each, plus cyber liability cover of 1 million pounds. In August 2026 we were appointed to the Crown Commercial Service RM6200 Artificial Intelligence dynamic purchasing system, which public bodies can use to buy AI-assisted services from us through a further competition. Business translation is priced per word, with repeated text charged once and lower rates for ongoing volume. Certified documents are priced per document, from 35 pounds. Desktop publishing, rush delivery and rare language pairs are quoted separately and shown on the written quote before you commit. Framework and call-off clients receive a rate card that holds for the term.
