Are you on an NHS framework agreement?
Not yet. We are not on a national NHS framework today. NHS teams order from us by purchase order, through their own tenders, or, for AI-assisted services, through the RM6200 Artificial Intelligence dynamic purchasing system by further competition.

We translate for any NHS organisation, from acute, mental health and community trusts to ambulance services, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and GP practices. Recent NHS work includes a Welsh patient document for King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and certified medical records for NHS staff.
How do you ensure patient data security?
Files travel over encrypted connections and are stored on our London servers under UK GDPR, kept on our published schedule and deleted sooner on request. We are Cyber Essentials certified and working towards ISO 27001 certification, and our NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit registration is in progress. We require every translator to sign a confidentiality agreement.
